External / Internal Public Relations Consultant
For Noodle, the nation’s fastest-growing provider of higher education online program management, Frank devised a six-part winning strategy that included: mainstream media placements; op-ed placements in mainstream and higher education media; an internal communications campaign which utilized the personal stories and journeys of Noodle’s C-Suite executives and employees to develop the company’s corporate messaging; implemented media training for C-suite executives; and coordinated Noodle’s participation in such high-profile national educational conferences as the American Council of Education’s 2021 Annual Meeting. Frank also re-evaluated Noodle’s digital media strategy for its university partner deans and professors, successfully aligning all media outreach with breaking news topics; launched the Noodle podcast “The Most Interesting People in Higher Education.”

For Hadassah, Frank was responsible for: all public relations output including news releases, policy statements, press advisories and internal communications to board members, regions, chapters and membership; executed a comprehensive public relations training for company executives, regional leadership and local membership; initiated and implemented a successful CEO / President’s Op-Ed Campaign, targeting Jewish Media in New York and across the country; created a Hadassah Member Writers Group which utilized executives’ and members’ personal stories to illuminate and highlight Hadassah’s brand and mission for placement in outlets such as Medium and Thrive Global; launched the Hadassah podcasts “The Branch” and “Hadassah Doctors On Call.”
